There’s a certain type of well-discerning lady whose inner romantic flashlight will flick on at the mention of the name Darcy. When I was taught ‘Pride and Prejudice’ in English my teacher would get a faraway, glazed look at any mention of Fitzwilliam Darcy in the book. She would sigh and heave at her bosom in a pique of romantic compulsion.
I have the same reaction when I hear vocal rounds so you can imagine the faraway, glazed look in my eyes as I stumbled across this odd-pop gem this morning.
